Pharmaceutical Facility Phase I & II Expansion
Phase I comprises the main workshop, gatehouse, pump house, underground wastewater treatment facility, alcohol storage and bicycle shed, with a total floor area of 8,000 m². The plant meets GMP and FDA requirements and features special safety standards due to the use of flammable powder. Cleanrooms reach Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 levels. Phase II expansion comprises five main areas for production, cold storage and offices, with a total floor area of 15,000 m².
Alexandria Tianjin International Life Science Center Phase I
Located in Tianjin TEDA, with a total floor area of approx. 10,000 m². The scope covers interior finishing, MEP and piping installation works, plus some laboratory furniture and fume hoods. The project must meet LEED certification requirements, with extremely high demands on quality and environmental impact. The building will be used as offices and laboratories by renowned international research institutions.
German Embassy School Phase II Expansion
Located in Beijing's new embassy district. The school comprises underground parking facilities, a modern sports hall and a kindergarten with child safety systems. The six-storey teaching building was completed in 2008, bringing the total floor area to 20,300 m².
Hoermann Baodi New Factory Phase I
Hoermann's new factory in Tianjin (Phase I) comprises a steel structure production hall (14,000 m²), surrounding auxiliary and technical areas, and a two-storey reinforced concrete office building. The total floor area is approx. 17,000 m².
Haefele Beijing Factory — Design & Build
Located in Beijing Airport Development Zone, including office, workshop and warehouse, with a total floor area of approx. 10,000 m². Designed by German architects, meeting German standards and energy-saving requirements for the building envelope, facade, roof and MEP works.
Pratt & Whitney Aero Engine Test Cell
Zhuhai Cenco 12m aero engine test cell, a dedicated structure after maintenance. Enclosed reinforced concrete structure with maximum wall thickness of 750mm and roof slab thickness of 1000mm.
